Executive Administrative Assistant & Guest Ambassador

About the role

As an Executive Administrative Assistant & Guest Ambassador at The Park Gstaad, a Four Seasons Hotel, you will provide seamless executive support to senior leadership while delivering exceptional first‑impression experiences for guests. The position starts in January 2027 and operates seasonally, covering the main opening periods.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager and Executive Committee, including calendar management, travel arrangements and confidential documentation.
• Welcome guests, coordinate arrival and departure experiences, and handle special requests with warmth and professionalism.
• Organise executive briefings, presentations, departmental communications and support planning of executive functions, dinners and ownership meetings.
• Maintain organised filing systems, ensure data‑privacy compliance and act as liaison between executives, guests and departments.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of executive administrative experience within luxury hospitality.
• Proven success supporting senior leadership in a fast‑paced environment.
• Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, discretion and professionalism.
• Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
• Eligibility to work in Switzerland (Swiss or EU/EFTA citizenship or valid work authorization).
