Executive Housekeeper - Private Residence, Gstaad

About the role

A client is looking for an experienced, highly trustworthy and discreet Executive Housekeeper to run the daily household of a chalet in the Gstaad area. The role calls for strong organisation, autonomy and efficient coordination with internal staff, external suppliers and contractors. It is a live-out position, 100% workload, starting as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional housekeeping standards throughout the residence and take part hands-on when required
• Handle laundry and garment care with strong expertise
• Run daily and ad-hoc errands and oversee household supplies, deliveries and inventory
• Keep the property ready for the family's arrival
• Handle basic household administration and liaise with local suppliers, contractors and service providers
• Follow up proactively if services or works are not carried out properly
• Bonus: set up tables and assist with light service; basic cooking skills are an asset but not mandatory

Required profile

• Proven experience in high-end private households
• Strong background in housekeeping and laundry
• Confident running errands and managing daily logistics
• Highly organised, proactive and autonomous
• Extremely discreet, loyal and trustworthy
• Valid driving licence and confident driver
• Comfortable working within an established staff structure
