Über die Position

Die BSZ Stiftung integriert Lernende und Erwachsene mit Unterstützungsbedarf in Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft. Sie bietet eigene Arbeits- und Ausbildungsplätze sowie Wohnplätze und begleitet im ersten Arbeitsmarkt. Über 1200 Personen sind an mehreren Standorten im Kanton Schwyz beschäftigt. Für die Stelle in Brunnen wird eine Teilzeitstelle (50–90 %) gesucht.

Hauptaufgaben

Ganzheitliche Lebensbegleitung von Menschen mit kognitiver, physischer und psychischer Beeinträchtigung
Aktive Ermöglichung von Teilhabe im Alltag: Wohnen, Beziehungspflege, Freizeit
Zentrale Rolle als Bezugsperson
Schichteinsätze von Montag bis Sonntag (ohne Nachtdienste)

Anforderungsprofil

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Betreuung; bei Eignung auch Quereinstieg möglich
Erfahrung in der Betreuung im Wohnsetting
Organisationstalent und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
