Facilities and Workplace Intern

About the role

Join Haleon's Employee Experience team at the Nyon site as a Facilities and Workplace Intern. You will support the implementation of workplace occupancy standards, help migrate to a new workplace management tool, and improve onboarding and off‑boarding processes.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and maintain occupancy standards for open spaces, meeting rooms, cafeterias and shared areas.
• Lead the migration from the current workplace management solution to a new platform.
• Manage and continuously improve onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Optimize truck‑access processes in collaboration with security, logistics and operational teams.
• Integrate infrastructure assets into the InhubX platform, ensuring accurate data and lifecycle management.
• Assist in organising events and creating communication standards.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Real Estate, Workplace Management or a related field.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a data‑driven approach.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, curious attitude.
