About the role

The Institute for Certified Psychedelic Integration Coaching (ICPIC) is assembling a founding faculty and professional collaborators to launch its inaugural Psychedelic Integration Coach Training Program. This remote, contract‑based opportunity invites experienced coaches, educators, and subject‑matter experts to shape a pioneering field.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live online lectures, workshops, and mentor‑coaching sessions.
• Develop, review, and refine curriculum content and learning materials.
• Assess coaching performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to the evolution of professional standards.
• Support future Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offerings.

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise in professional coaching, ICF Core Competencies, or related disciplines.
• Experience in adult learning, curriculum design, or coaching supervision.
• Strong teaching and communication abilities.
• Commitment to high ethical and professional standards.
• Relevant credentials (e.g., ICF ACC/PCC/MCC) are welcomed but not mandatory for all roles.
