F&B Assistant – 4-Day Week

About the role

The 25hours Hotel Langstrasse in Zurich, part of the 25hours group, is looking for an F&B Assistant (m/f/d). The hotel focuses on oriental-Mediterranean cuisine and sharing concepts, with a Cinchona Bar that mixes hotel guests and locals. The assistant ensures the Food & Beverage departments have what they need for daily operations and supports administrative processes together with the Operations Manager and department heads.

Key responsibilities

• Keep the Food & Beverage departments supplied for their daily operations
• Support administrative processes alongside the Operations Manager and department heads

Required profile

• Wants to work in a bar and deepen experience there
• Enthusiastic about the bar scene
• Open to learning and patient if the drink is not perfect the first time
• Fluent in German
