Field Application Engineer – EMEA (Zurich)

About the role

We are looking for a Field Application Engineer based in Zurich to drive technical adoption of our GNSS/GPS SaaS platform across key EMEA accounts. You will work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to deliver proof‑of‑concepts, architecture reviews and post‑sales support for customers in autonomous vehicles, robotics, drones and precision agriculture.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the EMEA sales team to deliver technical presentations, workshops and demos that address customer needs.
• Design, execute and lead proof‑of‑concept projects, guiding engineering teams through product evaluation and decision‑making.
• Conduct solution architecture reviews, deployment planning and systems‑integration design involving GNSS corrections, cloud services, autonomy stacks and embedded systems.
• Provide post‑sales technical enablement, onboarding, documentation and training while acting as the liaison for troubleshooting and performance optimisation.
• Collaborate with global counterparts to align strategy, share resources and bring localized insights to the product roadmap.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer‑facing engineering role.
• At least 2 years working with hardware, software and/or GNSS technologies.
