Field Marketing Manager, Surgery – Energy

About the role

Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Switzerland is looking for a dynamic Field Marketing Manager to support the Surgery division. You will own the Swiss marketing strategy for the assigned platform, drive portfolio performance and enable sales teams with compelling messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Swiss marketing strategy, including positioning, value propositions, campaigns, product launches and annual plans.
• Analyse market insights, customer needs and competitor activity to identify and prioritize growth opportunities.
• Equip sales teams with tools, training and messaging; support customer engagement through events and education programs.
• Build and manage relationships with key opinion leaders and surgeon communities to generate insights and advocacy.
• Define KPIs, track portfolio and campaign performance, manage the marketing budget and optimise investments.
• Collaborate with sales, local leadership, EMEA and global marketing, and external agencies to deliver measurable business results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field or marketing.
• 5+ years of sales and/or marketing experience in medical devices, preferably in surgery or enabling technology.
• Fluency in English and German; French and/or Italian are an advantage.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Strong leadership, project‑management and entrepreneurial skills with the ability to collaborate across matrix teams.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with AI tools and digital marketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM) is a plus.
