Field Marketing Manager, Surgery – Energy

About the role

Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Switzerland is seeking a dynamic Field Marketing Manager to support the Surgery division. You will own the Swiss marketing strategy for the assigned platform, drive portfolio performance, and expand market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Swiss marketing strategy, including pricing, product lifecycle, and growth initiatives.
• Analyse market insights, customer needs and competitor activity to prioritize opportunities.
• Create positioning, value propositions, campaigns, product launches and annual marketing plans tailored to the Swiss market.
• Equip sales teams with messaging, tools and training; support customer engagement through events and education programs.
• Build and manage relationships with key opinion leaders and surgeon communities.
• Define KPIs, track portfolio and campaign performance, manage the marketing budget and optimise investments.
• Collaborate with sales, local leadership, EMEA and global marketing, and external agencies to deliver measurable results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field or marketing.
• 5+ years of sales and/or marketing experience in medical devices, preferably in surgery or enabling technology.
• Fluency in English and German; French and/or Italian are a plus.
• Strong leadership, project‑management and entrepreneurial skills.
• Strategic and analytical thinker with excellent communication and storytelling abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with AI tools and Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM).
