About the role
We are an independent advisory firm based in Geneva seeking a Finance & Administration Manager to lead our accounting, payroll and administrative functions across our Swiss entities. The role combines strategic financial oversight with day‑to‑day operational management, ensuring compliance and efficiency in all financial processes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage accounting and financial reporting for multiple Swiss entities.
- Oversee month‑end and year‑end closings, coordinate audits, and perform bank reconciliations.
- Handle tax filings, including VAT and corporate tax, and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.
- Control payments, cash‑flow management, and payroll processing.
- Liaise with tax authorities, banks, auditors and other external partners.
Required profile
- Strong accounting experience within Switzerland.
- In‑depth knowledge of Swiss tax and payroll regulations.
- Detail‑oriented, hands‑on, and reliable work style.
- Fluency in French and English.
