Finance Business Controller Europe

About the role

Join TAG Heuer as a Finance Business Controller for Europe, reporting to the Managing Director Europe and sitting on the regional Executive Committee. Based in Signy, Switzerland, you will partner with the Europe Managing Director and oversee financial performance across seven European subsidiaries.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Europe Managing Director and contribute to strategic planning as a member of the regional Executive Team.
• Manage regional profitability, drive investment decisions and oversee budgeting, forecasting and internal reporting.
• Lead financial consolidation, monitor distribution channels and ensure corporate compliance.
• Analyse actual vs. budget performance, identify discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
• Coordinate finance community across markets, support Country GMs and Finance Managers, and promote cross‑functional collaboration.
• Define and roll out operations processes (demand planning, business planning, merchandising) and work with IT on new tools.
• Directly manage a regional team of three (Business Planner, IT Manager, Business Analyst).

Required profile

• Master’s degree in finance or economics.
• 8+ years experience in a financial business partner role within retail/wholesale.
• Strong understanding of operations in a customer‑service oriented business.
• Proven ability to influence investment choices and handle financial governance, risk management and internal audit.
• Professionalism, reliability, integrity and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English and French.
