Finance Business Partner – Global Product Solutions and CIO

About the role

Julius Baer is looking for an experienced financial professional to strengthen its internal reporting and to analyse data for ad hoc requests. The Finance Business Partner works closely with stakeholders across Finance, Global Product & Solutions (GPS) and the CIO function. The Finance team covering Global Product & Solutions and the CIO Office oversees the financial performance of the bank's trading activities, product offerings and investment management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyse data across multiple sources of financial information
• Provide insights and context to senior management on business performance and balance sheet and capital-related KPIs
• Support forecasting, budgeting and planning activities
• Design new internal reports and drive the automation and improvement of existing ones
• Work with stakeholders across Finance, GPS and CIO, incorporating their feedback to improve reporting, analytics and decision support

Required profile

• Above-average university degree (Bachelor's or Master's), preferably in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in banking or management consulting
• Interest in financial markets and industry developments
• Knowledge of investment products and financial instruments
• Experience with large and complex datasets
