Finance Data Analyst

About the role

As a member of the Finance Tech & Operations team at Pictet, you will be responsible for delivering timely, relevant financial data and insights that support strategic decision‑making across Technology and Operations. You will own the creation of financial dashboards, manage analytical data models, and automate reporting processes while acting as the primary liaison between Finance and the Central Data Engineering team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial dashboards covering P&L by product, cost allocation, and operational KPIs.
• Design, build, and manage the finance analytical data model to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Automate finance data production and reporting workflows, reducing manual effort and increasing reliability.
• Ensure data consistency and integrity across finance reporting layers and upstream data pipelines.
• Support FP&A and management accounting activities with scalable analytics.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience as a data analyst; experience collaborating with finance teams is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, able to work independently and adapt to new technologies.
• Resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
