Finance Internship – Budgeting & Analysis

About the role

Join BBVA’s Finance team as an intern and gain hands‑on experience supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting in a global, multicultural environment. You will work closely with senior analysts and contribute to key financial processes while developing your analytical and presentation skills.

Key responsibilities

• Support the preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct financial analysis and prepare management reports.
• Create presentations for committees and follow‑up meetings.
• Participate in process‑improvement initiatives and report automation projects.

Required profile

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Economics or a related field.
• Strong interest in finance and ability to synthesize information for executive presentations.
• Excellent attention to detail, structured working style and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
