Finance Manager – Country Level

About the role

As a Finance Manager you will own the financial governance for the country, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance and transparency. You will act as a key business partner to local management and regional finance teams, delivering decision‑relevant insights and driving performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate accounting and controlling activities at country level, guaranteeing timely statutory closings and financial reporting.
• Oversee the Accounting Shared Service Center, ensuring quality, compliance and adherence to deadlines.
• Take full ownership of country‑level financial results and provide transparent insights to local management.
• Collaborate with Treasury on cash management, banking operations and financial risk matters.
• Ensure alignment with legal, tax and regional controlling on regulatory and internal compliance.
• Maintain corporate housekeeping for local legal entities and uphold governance standards.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration (e.g., MSc, MBA or equivalent).
• Solid experience in finance, accounting or controlling within an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss GAAP and statutory reporting requirements.
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing finance teams.
• Experience working with shared service centre structures and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Analytical, structured and solution‑oriented mindset.
