Finance Manager – Freelance (80–100% workload)

About the role
We are seeking a Finance Manager on a freelance, fixed‑term basis for a confidential client in Switzerland. The role starts immediately, with an 80–100 % workload, and combines on‑site onboarding with the possibility of hybrid work once established.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform regular reconciliations and ensure accurate month‑end close.
- Support financial planning and control activities as needed.
- Report directly to the CFO and act as a trusted partner for financial matters.
- Work independently while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.
Required profile
- Fluent German and professional English (B2/C1 level).
- Certified accountant (e.g., ACCA, CPA or equivalent).
- Recent solid experience with AP/AR, reconciliations and month‑end close.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Required skills
- Experience with MS Dynamics 365 Business Central (preferred).
