Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager reports to the CFO and is responsible for reliable financial processes and accurate reporting across Artidis. This hands‑on position combines day‑to‑day accounting oversight with strategic budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily finance operations including accounts receivable, expense processing, journal entries, reconciliations and fixed‑asset accounting.
• Lead monthly, quarterly and year‑end closing for the Swiss headquarters and subsidiaries in the US, Spain and Croatia.
• Prepare management reports, KPIs, variance analyses and support executive decision‑making.
• Coordinate intercompany accounting, cash‑flow planning, payment runs and tax compliance.
• Support audit processes, payroll accounting and continuous improvement of finance workflows in Odoo.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; Swiss Federal Diploma in Accounting is a strong plus.
• 5+ years of progressive finance experience, including 2–3 years in a Finance Manager or Senior Controller role.
• Experience in an international, high‑growth or med‑tech environment.
• Fluent English; German highly desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, NetSuite or Abacus.
• Strong hands‑on approach to financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management.
