Finance Performance & Strategy Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Performance & Strategy Project Manager to join the Audi Revolut F1® Team at our Hinwil headquarters. In this role you will help shape a high‑performing finance organisation and drive its digital transformation as the team prepares for its debut in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship in 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of a strong, performance‑oriented finance organisation.
• Define and execute a digitisation strategy for finance, creating a data‑driven, digital finance function.
• Lead the integration of SAP S/4HANA within finance and act as the main interface for internal and external stakeholders.
• Implement finance‑related IT tools such as reporting solutions, dashboards and forecasting applications.
• Identify and evaluate innovative digital solutions, including AI, to increase efficiency.
• Develop comprehensive finance strategy work‑packages aligned with team goals.
• Conduct interdisciplinary analyses and prepare board‑ready recommendations.
• Support the preparation of regular board meetings, reports and ad‑hoc senior‑management tasks.
• Lead cross‑functional projects to improve finance‑related processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, finance, business administration, business informatics or a related field.
• Strong professional experience implementing finance and FP&A IT tools (reporting, dashboards, forecasting).
• Interest in AI use cases and digital transformation in finance.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Proven ability to prepare presentations and analyses for senior management.
• Project‑management skills, preferably gained in a consulting environment.
