Finance Specialist – Accounting & Reporting

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Finance Specialist to join an international industrial company in Jura, Switzerland. Reporting directly to the Group CFO, you will support accounting, reporting, compliance and process‑improvement activities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support and coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities.
• Participate in group reporting and consolidation processes.
• Prepare financial reports and management information.
• Support VAT, tax and statutory reporting requirements.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Support ERP and finance transformation initiatives.
• Participate in internal control and compliance activities.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 3–8 years of professional experience in accounting, financial reporting, audit or related finance functions.
• Hands‑on experience in month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closing processes.
• Experience in an industrial or international environment is a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a pragmatic, hands‑on approach.
• Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
