Financial Analyst

About the role

Join Masimo’s International FP&A team in Neuchâtel and support the financial planning and analysis function for a global medical‑technology business. You will work closely with multiple business functions to ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting and performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Compile monthly forecasts and the annual budgeting process, partnering with business functions to analyse actual results versus expectations.
• Publish standard business performance reports and ad‑hoc analyses, defining and implementing standard work processes for efficient reporting.
• Perform financial results analysis to identify variations, trends and potential exposures, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare quarterly and annual forecasts of revenue, operating expenses, headcount and capital, supporting strategic objectives and initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth, efficiency gains or cost savings and drive implementation of recommended actions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Accounting or a related field; fresh graduates are also welcomed.
• Fluency in English and French (additional languages are a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; first experience in Financial Planning & Analysis is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities with high attention to detail.
