Financial Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Group Finance team in Glattpark, Zurich. You will work closely with the Group CFO, providing financial reporting, analysis and performance management to support executive decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the monthly financial performance review process across all business units and corporate functions.
• Prepare and deliver operational finance reports, KPI dashboards and management presentations.
• Analyze monthly results, identify variances versus budget, forecast and prior year, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support the Group CFO with financial analysis, business performance monitoring and strategic projects.
• Consolidate and validate financial information from regional and local finance teams.
• Drive continuous improvements in reporting processes and data visibility.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate controlling or a comparable finance role within an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into business insights.
• Effective communication in an international, multicultural setting.
• Highly organized, self‑driven and detail‑oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English; German is preferred.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Zurich 3‑4 days per week.
