Financial Controller – Finance & Accounting

About the role

Air Apps is seeking a Financial Controller to join its finance team. You will own financial reporting, internal controls, and accounting operations, providing accurate and timely information to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, control and report financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across departments and product lines.
• Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and reporting.
• Oversee internal control systems and ensure compliance with regulations and tax obligations.
• Manage cash flow, cost control, and ad‑hoc financial risk assessments.
• Optimize automation of ERP and accounting tools such as Netsuite, Payhawk, and Ramp.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, controlling, or financial management.
• Prior senior audit experience or Big 4 background, and/or start‑up/scale‑up experience.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management or related field; Chartered Accountant qualification is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
