Financial Controlling Analyst (12-Month Contract)

About the role

Pictet's Corporate Functions team covers the Group's non-banking activities and employs more than 700 people across departments such as Finance, Internal Audit, Legal and Tax. As a member of the Finance – Group Corporate Services team, you will carry out financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting, and give insight to senior management. The position is a 12-month contract.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver monthly financial results to senior management on time, with business metrics and in-depth analysis of the GCS division's cost drivers.
• Contribute to the Group's budgeting and forecasting, including business and financial modelling, the multi-year plan, variance analysis and performance reviews.
• Develop reports and data visualisation tools that make complex financial data clear and actionable.
• Deepen understanding of Pictet GCS's cost allocation mechanisms to business lines.
• Gather financial data with cross-functional teams and run targeted analysis to find trends, cost drivers and improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Master's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• At least 2-5 years' experience in financial analysis, controlling or a related role.
• Fluency in French and English; must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a team.

Required skills

• Data management and visualisation tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau and Snowflake.
• Advanced digital and AI-powered tools, including generative AI, to automate tasks and improve reporting.
