Financial Services Consulting Manager

About the role

Join PwC’s Financial Services Strategy & Transformation practice in Zurich as a Manager. You will work with leading banks, asset managers, insurers and emerging fintech firms to address complex business and transformation challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Own project workstreams, analyse client situations, develop recommendations and drive implementation.
• Lead smaller project teams and coordinate stakeholders on large‑scale transformation programmes.
• Collaborate across PwC’s consulting, technology and data analytics groups to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support business development through market research, proposal preparation and client presentations.
• Leverage emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, big data analytics and robotic process automation to create innovative value for clients.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• At least 6 years of experience in Financial Services consulting or related advisory work.
