Über die Position

Die Ernst Sutter AG sucht für ihren Standort in St. Gallen (Arbeitsort Gossau) eine/-n Fleischfachmann/-frau für die Produktion von Brühwurst. Die Stelle ist unbefristet und mit einem vollen Arbeitspensum von 100 %.

Hauptaufgaben

Herstellen von Brühwurstprodukten
Mitarbeit in der Chargierung und Standardisierung
Mitarbeit in der Kutterei
Mithilfe bei der Rohmaterialdisposition
Buchen der Materialien im SAP

Anforderungsprofil

Ausbildung als Fleischfachmann/-frau oder als Lebensmitteltechnologe/-technologin
Berufserfahrung in der Produktion von Brühwurstprodukten
Technisches Verständnis und Hygienebewusstsein
Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Bereitschaft für Schichtarbeit
Führerschein und Auto

Erforderliche Kenntnisse

SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
