Forecasting Intern – Fragrance & Beauty

About the role

The Fragrance and Beauty division of the Swiss Markets Region Forecasting team is looking for a Forecasting Intern in Geneva. You will help define sales forecasts and support supply chain decisions across markets such as Brazil, India, Mexico, Switzerland, Latin America and Travel Retail Americas, with close exposure to S&OP discussions.

Key responsibilities

• Sales planning and forecasting: prepare forecasts for product launches, novelties and permanent products, and build dashboards and reporting tools
• Analyse stocks, orders and sell-through across retail, wholesale and e-commerce to support local markets
• Take part in the monthly demand planning cycle and review campaign and sell-in performance
• Supply planning and allocation: contribute to allocation decisions, monitor ordering plans, quotas and supply challenges at market and SKU level
• Data and systems: load and validate forecast quantities, run data-quality checks and ensure compliance with campaign guidelines
• Business support: collect and consolidate forecast inputs with local markets and support S&OP and business review meetings

Required profile

• Student currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business or a related field, with a mandatory internship agreement
• Interest in fragrance and beauty and the luxury environment
• Fluent French and English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
• Organised, proactive, adaptable and collaborative

Required skills

• Strong analytical mindset with large datasets and excellent attention to detail
• Excel proficiency; Power BI knowledge is a plus

Full-time internship (100%) on site in Geneva, starting March 2027, lasting 6 months and validated by academic credits.
