About the role

Join Salona Consulting as a Founder Brand & Communications Intern, working directly with the Founder & CEO to build her personal brand across LinkedIn, Instagram and other channels. This 60% internship offers hands‑on experience in storytelling, content creation and PR for an international consultancy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute personal‑brand content ideas, calendars and posts for LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Film, edit and publish short‑form videos, behind‑the‑scenes footage and interviews.
• Research topics on Croatian citizenship, heritage, diaspora and entrepreneurship to inform content.
• Identify and pursue PR opportunities such as podcasts, conferences, panels and collaborations.
• Support photography, video production during events, travel and company activities.

Required profile

• Studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, PR, Media, International Relations, Business or related field.
• Strong storytelling instinct and excellent English writing skills.
• Comfortable filming and editing simple, high‑quality social content.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple small projects.
• Curious about researching people, organisations and opportunities.
