FP&A Analyst

About the role

Allseas is seeking a motivated FP&A Analyst to join its finance team at the head office in Châtel‑St‑Denis, Switzerland. You will play a key part in shaping financial insights that support strategic decisions across the offshore energy business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts in collaboration with Finance Business Partners and Project Control.
• Analyse variances between actuals and forecasts and produce monthly and quarterly management reports and dashboards.
• Maintain financial models and tools for scenario planning and support strategic areas such as working‑capital optimisation, cash‑flow analysis and capital allocation.
• Assist with advisory board reports, standardisation initiatives, special projects and ad‑hoc analyses.
• Participate in the ongoing SAP implementation, including testing, validation and process alignment, and support the selection and rollout of an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in FP&A or related finance roles.
• Proven ability to present financial insights clearly to management and translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication, collaboration and problem‑solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
