Freelance Fitness Coach for Mom Community

About the role

Mom in Balance Switzerland is looking for a passionate freelance fitness coach to lead outdoor group workouts for mothers at all stages of motherhood in Lenzburg. You will deliver 60‑minute full‑body sessions 1‑2 times per week, helping women stay fit during pregnancy, postpartum and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 60‑minute group classes on weekends or mid‑week mornings/evenings.
• Design and lead safe, functional workouts covering strength, core, endurance, HIIT, mobility, coordination and stability.
• Promote the Mom in Balance brand within your local network of mothers.
• Participate in a 6‑8 week trainer education program and complete practical assignments in Lenzburg and Zurich.

Required profile

• Positive, enthusiastic about fitness and personal health.
• Motivated to work independently with mother groups and to inspire participants.
• Enjoys outdoor activities and nature.
• Preferably has prior group‑fitness experience and a local network of mothers.
• Fluent in German and English.

Required skills

• Ability to lead functional fitness exercises safely.
• Knowledge of HIIT, strength, core, endurance, mobility, coordination and stability training.
