Frontend Software Developer – Flutter & Angular

About the role

We are looking for a Frontend Software Developer to join our fintech team and help build web interfaces and mobile applications that provide frictionless access to financial services for underserved communities.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with a growing team of software developers to deliver product features.
• Design, develop, test, and release production‑quality code using best engineering practices.
• Produce research, design, and implementation documentation as required.
• Write clean, secure, and maintainable code while minimizing defects and technical debt.
• Refactor and optimise existing code for scalability and maintainability.
• Resolve defects promptly and provide operational support for released software.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and assist other teams in reproducing and fixing field‑reported problems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, meeting deadlines.
• Proven ability to switch contexts while maintaining delivery commitments.
• Familiarity with software design patterns and ability to quickly understand existing architectures.
