Full-Stack Engineer (AI Infrastructure)

About the role

We are seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to join a cutting‑edge AI engineering team in Switzerland. You will work on enterprise‑scale decision‑making platforms, building both backend services and user‑facing applications that interact with large‑scale machine‑learning models.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop full‑stack applications that enable interaction with AI models, including high‑performance backend APIs and responsive frontend interfaces.
• Create and maintain event‑driven, pub/sub architectures and distributed task queues for scalable inference workflows.
• Build database connectivity layers and integrate with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks.
• Implement robust error handling, monitoring, and retry mechanisms to ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate closely with MLOps, DevOps, and AI engineering teams to optimise deployment and performance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in full‑stack engineering within production environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with FastAPI or other ASGI‑based frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience building modern frontend applications using React, Vue or Angular.
• Solid understanding of event‑driven architectures, pub/sub systems and distributed task queues such as Celery.
• Experience with model serving patterns (REST, gRPC, asynchronous batching) and large‑scale data processing.
