German/English Language Coach

About the role

Bell Schweiz AG is looking for a German/English language coach to teach German and English and help its staff communicate more effectively. The role suits someone who can adapt to learners of different ages and cultural backgrounds. It is a permanent position with a 60% workload on a flexitime basis, starting on 01.01.2027.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate German and English coaching for different language levels
• Assess language requirements
• Contribute to the further development of internal language support

Required profile

• Degree in linguistics or currently studying linguistics
• Ability to understand and respond to learners' needs and challenges, as well as teaching skills
• Structured approach to work, commitment and team spirit

Required skills

• Excellent knowledge of German (grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary)
• Excellent knowledge of English
