Global Account Manager – Automotive & Manufacturing

About the role

Amazon Web Services is looking for a senior sales professional to lead a global relationship with a large manufacturing customer. You will define and execute a CXO relationship strategy, coordinate executive business reviews, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and contribute within the AWS customer account team, building trusted advisor relationships with C‑level executives across business units, R&D, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and digital & IT.
• Collaborate with internal AWS resources (executives, solution architects, industry specialists, marketing, partners, support, professional services) and external SI/ISV partners to deliver optimal solutions.
• Define CXO relationship strategy, coordinate executive business reviews, and maintain satisfaction levels.
• Manage a global sales pipeline in Salesforce, negotiate and close enterprise agreements and private pricing addendums.
• Develop formal references, case studies and PR materials highlighting customer outcomes on AWS.

Required profile

• 8+ years of sales experience managing complex, global enterprise relationships.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives (SVP/VP/C‑suite) and produce executive‑level written materials.
• Experience with commercial agreements and long‑term transformational account strategies.
• Strong leadership presence, autonomy and decision‑making in customer engagements.
