Global Account Manager – Cloud Solutions for Industrial Customers

About the role

Amazon Web Services is looking for an experienced Global Account Manager to lead a strategic relationship with a large global customer in the food, agriculture, commodity trading, and industrial sectors. You will define and execute a CXO relationship strategy, coordinate executive business reviews, and drive AWS solution adoption across the customer’s digital, operational, and R&D functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and contribute within the AWS customer account team, building trusted advisor relationships with C‑level executives across multiple business lines.
• Collaborate with internal AWS resources (executives, solution architects, industry specialists, partners, support, professional services) and external SI/ISV partners to deliver optimal business solutions.
• Manage a global sales pipeline in Salesforce, negotiate and close enterprise agreements and private pricing addendums.
• Develop case studies, references, and PR materials that showcase customer outcomes on AWS.

Required profile

• 8+ years of B2B technology sales experience with large, complex customers and a proven record of quota attainment.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams to drive full‑cycle deals for global accounts.
• Strong executive presence, capable of leading meetings and producing executive briefing documents.

Required skills

• AWS cloud platform knowledge.
