About the role
As a Global Finance Business Partner you will shape group‑wide planning, forecasting and performance reporting for Endress+Hauser. You will support senior stakeholders, including the Executive Board, with clear financial insights and drive the transformation of management accounting across a decentralized organization.
Key responsibilities
- Lead group‑wide planning and forecasting, consolidating rolling forecasts for Operations Reviews and Board reporting.
- Deliver high‑quality monthly Executive Board reporting packages, cost‑of‑sales analysis and statutory reporting.
- Act as subject‑matter expert for Cost of Sales and standard costing, partnering with production and local controllers.
- Provide performance insights such as margin analysis, working‑capital reviews and currency exposure assessments.
- Coordinate group finance activities including incentive calculations, transfer‑pricing topics and risk‑map contributions.
Required profile
- University degree in Finance, Controlling, Economics or Business Administration (master’s preferred) with at least ten years of progressive group‑ or corporate finance business‑partnering experience.
- Strong knowledge of planning, consolidation, IFRS or local GAAP, group management reporting and cost‑of‑sales methodology.
- Fluent English communication; German is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 20% of the time.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel capabilities.
- Hands‑on experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience with SAP Business Warehouse and consolidation tools (SAP BPC, SAP BFC); familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
