Global Innovation Platform & Process Manager

About the role

Shape the future of innovation at Sika by managing and continuously improving the global innovation ecosystem. You will act as the bridge between business users, innovation teams, IT and software providers to ensure the platforms and processes deliver value worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Own and enhance Sika’s global innovation platform (HYPE), handling configuration, administration and new functionality implementation.
• Translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions, workflows and user‑friendly platform capabilities.
• Drive optimisation, digitalisation and standardisation of global innovation processes and best practices.
• Partner with innovation teams, business stakeholders, IT and external software providers to deliver effective solutions.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and lead continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Develop and deliver training, user guidance and enablement activities to support adoption.

Required profile

• University degree in Innovation Management, Digital Business, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• 3‑5 years proven experience in innovation management, idea management or innovation processes as Project Lead, Process Manager or Product Owner.
• Strong technical affinity with ability to translate business needs into digital solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Reporting and data‑visualisation tools.
• Experience with Stage‑Gate or Portfolio Management solutions (preferred).
