Global Manager, Asset Management

About the role

Join AB InBev as a Global Manager in Asset Management, leading the Logistics Movable Assets agenda across the company’s global operations. You will shape processes, governance and routines for managing the lifecycle of trucks, trailers, forklifts and other material handling equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the global Movable Assets Management agenda, establishing processes, policies and KPIs.
• Set fleet master‑data standards, conduct data‑quality reviews and reconcile physical counts.
• Run asset‑level performance and cost KPIs, identify deviations and coordinate action plans.
• Maintain TCO methodology to evaluate replacement, overhaul, redeployment and divest decisions.
• Consolidate investment business cases for 1‑year and 3‑year prioritisation and track cash impact.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in fleet or asset management, logistics operations or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross‑functional projects across countries and business units.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including senior leadership exposure.
• Experience coordinating multi‑country teams in a matrix environment.
• Availability for international travel and fluent English (Spanish a plus).
