Global Marketing Lead Inflammatory Bowel Diseases & Modulen Brand Lead

About the role

As Global Marketing Lead Inflammatory Bowel Diseases & Modulen® Brand Lead at Nestlé Nutrition & Health, you will develop and lead the worldwide strategy for IBD while providing brand leadership for Modulen®. You will shape the innovation pipeline, lead cross‑functional teams and work closely with Medical Affairs, R&D, Regulatory, Market Access, Sales and other functions to deliver growth and meaningful solutions for patients and caregivers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the global strategy for Inflammatory Bowel Diseases to strengthen Nestlé’s relevance with patients, healthcare professionals and caregivers.
• Provide global leadership for Modulen® through clear positioning, strong claims and compelling communication.
• Drive innovation from insight to launch readiness by translating patient, payer and competitor needs into growth opportunities.
• Shape global activation plans, product value stories and launch materials for consistent market delivery.
• Partner across markets and functions to unlock insights, share best practices and improve commercial execution.
• Manage strategic initiatives and budgets to deliver high‑quality outcomes on time.

Required profile

• Strong medical and scientific acumen with ability to turn evidence into business insights.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, healthcare systems, market access and claims development.
• Experience building brand positioning, unique selling propositions and value propositions for healthcare professionals and patients.
• Proven ability to lead change, collaborate across matrix organisations and communicate clearly in English.
• Experience leading cross‑functional, international projects in a matrix environment.
• Sales experience in medical nutrition, consumer healthcare or prescribed healthcare products is a strong differentiator.
