About the role

The Global Medical Education Workflow Application Manager will design, implement and conduct hands‑on learning experiences for healthcare professionals, ensuring confident use of Straumann’s implant innovations worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Create practical, interactive hands‑on learning experiences with expert speakers to maximize learning outcomes.
• Lead end‑to‑end management of training kits and course materials for international workshops, including planning, logistics, onsite management and post‑event controls.
• Represent Straumann to diverse clinical audiences, building strong customer connections.
• Establish and drive a pipeline of innovative training kits and enablers.

Required profile

• Dentist or dental lab technician with at least 5 years of experience in dental implantology.
• Proven expertise in designing and delivering hands‑on clinical learning experiences.
• Strong communication, presentation and teaching abilities.
• Energetic self‑starter comfortable in fast‑paced matrix environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using online collaboration platforms.
