Global Procurement Manager Industrial Lifecycle

About the role

As a Global Procurement Sourcing Manager – Industrial Lifecycle, you will shape AB InBev’s worldwide sourcing strategy for MRO and lifecycle management, covering industrial spare parts, services, repairs, overhauls and inventory management. You will partner with technical, maintenance and procurement teams to uncover strategic sourcing opportunities, reduce costs and working capital, and drive sustainable value across our global brewery network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for MRO and lifecycle management categories aligned with business priorities.
• Lead RFQ processes, evaluate supplier proposals, negotiate commercial agreements and manage framework contracts with key suppliers.
• Collaborate with technical, maintenance and procurement stakeholders to identify spend opportunities and deliver cost savings.
• Provide market intelligence, benchmark pricing and support data‑driven decision making.
• Lead spare parts inventory optimization and working capital governance across global breweries.

Required profile

• Proven experience in global procurement or category management for industrial maintenance or MRO.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, working with engineering, maintenance and regional procurement teams.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional sourcing projects and act as escalation point for challenges.
