Global Project Manager

About the role

Flexsis, part of the Interiman Group, is seeking a Global Project Manager for a 12‑month assignment with Roche in Basel. You will work closely with the Technical Development Team Lead and Device Team Leader to translate device strategy into actionable plans across planning, execution, and team dynamics.

Key responsibilities

• Define “inspection ready” design and development plans aligned with device strategy.
• Drive team activities to meet project milestones, design control deliverables, and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate effective communication, collaboration, and risk management within a regulated environment.
• Maintain full understanding of program milestones for Core, Lifecycle, Technical Development and link them to the Device Team plan.
• Apply project‑management best practices and tools for budgeting, scheduling, issue tracking, and knowledge management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 8–11 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in a global medical‑device, pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical company.
• Proven experience in drug and/or medical‑device development and commercialization, especially with combination products.
• Fluent English; additional German, Japanese or Danish is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
• Experience using Smartsheet.
• Familiarity with Google Suite.
• Knowledge of 21CFR820.30 design control requirements.
• PMP certification is an asset.
