Global Project Manager

About the role

The Global Project Manager will partner with the Technical Development Team Lead and Device Team Leader to translate device strategy into actionable plans. This role focuses on planning, execution, and team dynamics within a regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain Design & Development Plans, ensuring they are "inspection ready".
• Drive team activities to meet project milestones, design control deliverables, and budget targets.
• Facilitate effective communication, decision‑making, and issue resolution across cross‑functional teams.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and resources while integrating deliverables with other product teams.
• Anticipate risks, develop contingency plans, and lead risk‑management processes.
• Promote positive team dynamics through team‑building activities and collaborative tools.
• Maintain centralized project documentation, conduct lessons‑learned exercises, and support governance checkpoints.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing complex, regulated projects from concept to delivery.
• Strong ability to coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Familiarity with project‑management best practices, risk and issue management, and budget tracking.
