Global Supply Chain Drop-Shipping Agent

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Global Supply Chain Drop‑Shipping Agent to join a leading pharmaceutical company in Rotkreuz. The role is temporary with an immediate start and focuses on managing OEM purchase orders and coordinating drop‑shipping activities worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage OEM purchase orders to third‑party suppliers globally and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Coordinate between procurement and supply‑chain functions for OEM orders.
• Initiate and handle supplier returns efficiently.
• Process SAP inbound deliveries, generate virtual goods receipts and issue goods after shipping notifications.
• Monitor system alerts, resolve interface issues and system messages.
• Lead onboarding of third‑party suppliers, ensuring data, documentation and compliance for drop‑shipping integration.
• Optimize the logistics network for drop‑shipping activities where applicable.

Required profile

• Basic commercial or technical education with additional studies in supply‑chain management, import/export or related fields.
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience after apprenticeship, preferably in order management, logistics or supply‑chain operations.
• Experience in the life‑sciences sector (pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, medical devices) is a plus.
• Fluent in German and English with strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• SAP SD and SAP MM (preferred).
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets for analysis.
