Global Team Leader – ASPECT CTRM Technical Support (Geneva)

About the role

This permanent position is for an experienced ASPECT CTRM Global Team Leader who will head a new technical application support team in Geneva. The role is onsite, five days a week, and includes visa sponsorship for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global ASPECT CTRM support team across multiple offices.
• Provide 1st and 2nd line support to traders, schedulers and back‑office users for European oil and metals trading.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to trade capture, pricing, risk reporting and settlements.
• Coordinate incident management, system upgrades, patches and feature enhancements with the vendor.
• Ensure smooth operation of the ASPECT ETRM/CTRM platform and maintain high service levels.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an ASPECT CTRM (ETRM) Application Support Analyst.
• Background in oil, metals or concentrates trading environments.
• Strong SQL expertise and basic scripting knowledge (Python or VBA).
• Willingness to relocate to Geneva and work onsite.
