GMP Manufacturing Associate (Full-time)

About the role

CUTISS AG is seeking a dedicated GMP Manufacturing Associate to support the production of autologous skin substitutes for Phase III clinical trials. The role is based in a cleanroom environment and involves close collaboration with the production team.

Key responsibilities

• Produce autologous skin grafts according to SOPs and GMP guidelines in cleanroom facilities.
• Support validation of analytical methods, production processes, and equipment qualifications.
• Participate in product and process development activities.
• Generate and review GMP documentation and manage laboratory activities.

Required profile

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in a biological field (e.g., biology, tissue engineering, biotechnologies, biomedicine) or a lab technician apprenticeship.
• At least 1 year of practical experience with mammalian cell cultures.
• Strong aseptic working skills; experience in a GMP environment is advantageous.
