About the role

Aviotrace Swiss, part of the TPS Group, is seeking a Ground Instructor to join its Training Academy. The role involves delivering practical aircraft maintenance training to technicians from various countries, both in the hangar and on client sites.

Key responsibilities

Deliver practical aircraft maintenance training modules in compliance with applicable regulations.
Conduct training activities directly in the hangar and grade examinations.
Manage back‑office and administrative tasks for the Training Academy.
Support training for international students and travel to client sites for short‑ and medium‑term assignments.

Required profile

Aircraft Maintenance Licence (AML) or previous experience in aircraft maintenance or aerospace manufacturing.
Excellent command of English.
Strong problem‑solving skills, reliability and high professionalism.
Willingness to travel within Italy and abroad.
