Growth Marketing Manager (Social)

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager (Social) to lead our paid social strategy and drive acquisition for our at‑home test kit business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid social strategy on Meta and TikTok, managing spend, targeting, creative and bid optimization.
• Oversee all paid asset briefs and creative, ensuring campaigns meet CPA and ROAS targets.
• Analyze campaign performance regularly to uncover insights, issues and testing opportunities.
• Scale the TikTok program, identifying optimization and creative opportunities.
• Recruit and manage content creators and micro‑influencers for monthly campaigns, treating them as direct‑response programs.
• Track influencer analytics, measuring spend, return and engagement.
• Maintain influencer recruitment playbooks and collaborate on sparking/whitelisting assets for paid social.

Required profile

• 6+ years of paid social campaign management experience on Meta and TikTok.
• Proven track record meeting CAC and ROAS targets while managing seven‑figure media budgets.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to build custom reports and identify performance trends.
• Experience with influencer marketing and familiarity with recruitment platforms such as Aspire and TikTok Creator Marketplace.
• Comfort with organic social data tracking tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Dash Hudson).
