Growth Marketing Specialist

About the role

This fully remote position is focused on driving demand generation for a fast‑moving SaaS company. You will own the end‑to‑end execution of paid, owned and community marketing campaigns, using data to continuously improve pipeline results.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email, webinars, events and community platforms such as Reddit.
• Monitor daily performance, analyse data, identify risks and opportunities, and run experiments to boost results.
• Collaborate with the Growth Marketing Manager and Marketing Operations to ensure campaigns are automated, tracked and integrated.
• Develop email nurture sequences that convert webinar and event engagement into qualified pipeline.
• Research industry trends and competitor activity to inform campaign enhancements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience managing paid media campaigns on Google, Microsoft and LinkedIn platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to execute campaigns directly rather than delegating to external teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on detail and proactive optimisation.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and switching between multiple channels.
