Head Coach & Community Manager

About the role

tone.tone. is a leading boutique fitness brand in Switzerland. We are looking for 2–3 Head Coach & Community Managers to lead the experience across our studios, initially overseeing multiple locations and later focusing on a single studio as the team expands.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a full teaching schedule of 8‑14 classes per week, with availability mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Deliver best‑in‑class tone.tone sessions that meet the brand’s coaching quality standard.
• Own the in‑studio client journey, including new‑client welcome, retention conversations and proactive outreach to lapsing members.
• Support in‑studio sales by promoting current packages and building client loyalty.
• Act as the first point of contact for client concerns, responding promptly and escalating when needed.
• Build relationships with the local wellness community to strengthen brand presence and drive organic growth.
• Develop the coaching team through weekly informal touchpoints, monthly scorecard reviews and quarterly workshops.
• Support new coach training during ITP cohorts and manage performance improvement plans.
• Ensure the studio opens and closes on brand standards, manage equipment, schedule coverage and hold coaches accountable for pre‑ and post‑class duties.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for fitness coaching.
• Ability to maintain a high in‑studio presence and flexible availability across mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Experience managing multiple studio locations or teams is a plus.
• Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships.
