Head of B2C Growth

About the role

LocalBini is looking for a Head of B2C Growth to build and own the direct‑to‑consumer acquisition engine for its verified local‑host platform across more than 200 European cities. You will shape the go‑to‑market strategy, launch the growth engine and drive bookings from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute the full B2C go‑to‑market plan, including channel mix, budgeting and iterative optimisation.
• Build a scalable SEO and multilingual content engine, leveraging LLMs and AI workflows to generate high‑quality city‑specific content at speed.
• Convert existing B2B2C partner relationships into direct booking funnels.
• Set up, run and optimise paid acquisition campaigns on Google and Meta, deciding when to scale or pause.
• Define a bookings target from month 12 onward and implement tracking, attribution and reporting to make data‑driven decisions.

Required profile

• At least 6 years of growth or marketing experience, preferably in travel, experience platforms or two‑sided marketplaces.
• Proven track record of building an SEO content engine from scratch.
• Hands‑on experience with AI/LLM tools in daily workflow (content creation, keyword research, competitive analysis, copy testing).
• Commercial mindset with ownership of revenue or bookings KPIs.
• Experience hiring and leading small teams.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
